This workout really didn't feel as Easy as I had planned. I ran 6x800meter repeats at Provo High. REALLY kicked my Butt. I think I am feeling Thursdays Race, and my long run on Sunday.

Ran:  2:55, 3:03, 2:58, 2:59, 3:01, & 2:57   

 

  Felt sick to my stomach on the drive home.

Stretched legs for 20 min or so..and Dug Spongebob into my arches. LOL how do I make this Spongebob picture smaller!?

Hahaha! You did it! Is that Sponge Bob actual size? Okay, how do you make it smaller, you ask? Didn't you read my instructions? LOL! Just go back and edit the entry. Click on the picture, then you can grab the corner, and then drag it to whatever size you want it to be.

If you're using Mozilla Firefox, the picture will reduce with the proper horizontal and vertical scale when you drag the corner. If you're using regular Internet Explorer, it won't, so you have to eyeball it in. You'll figure it out.

Wow, nice splits Missy! I don't think 800m repeats are ever easy =P I need to do some on a real track so I can get a more accurate time for mine.

Those are some dang fast 800's! I would have thrown up right on SpongeBob. Nice workout!!!
