It was 34 degrees, a bit windy, and kind of a misty rain. I ran 8.12 miles pretty slow because my right leg just didn't feel right. My hamstring and calf were tight and just would not loosen-up. I felt kind of old today.

It was 39 degrees with some winds (15mph) this morning.  I was dressed fine when I was running in to the wind but I got a bit warm running with it.  I ran 15.12 miles and actually felt like I am healing up a bit from the tough year.  I took it real easy this month.  After 8 miles my leg started feeling better and I found another gear and just went with it.  I did the 2nd half (back from ISU) faster than the 1st half even though I have a lot of uphills the 2nd half.  I don't feel old today....I feel like a runner :)
