It was 41 degrees....felt a bit chilly. I ran 6.53 easy miles. I had to cut it short because I am taking my son in today to get his wisdom teeth removed.
It was 36 degrees this morning. I was liking the 50 degree mornings we were having much better. I ran 8.52 miles fairly easy. The legs are feeling better after Saturday and I should be able to push a better pace tomorrow.
It was 44 degrees this morning, a little better than yesterday and it felt just right. I ran 13.21 miles with a few quicker miles but nothing serious. I was tired by the end but it felt good to get back to a longer run today.
Tonight we are going to the Huey Lewis concert at the fair with a group of friends...it should be fun.
It was 44 degrees this morning but warmed up nicely to around 50 by the finish. I ran 17.05 miles with Dan Bruner. He called me yesterday and I decided to go a little farther than I had planned in order to run with him. We had great a conversation the whole way and the 2+ hours passed very quickly. It was a nice steady run.
