It was 59 degrees this morning. I ran a mile before the group run, well kinda group run, Beth was the only one who showed up. Luckily, Jedd came by so I ran with him for 4.5 miles before running home. Total 7.11 miles.
It was 60 degrees this morning. I ran 10.13 miles with 3 miles at MP (7:16, 7:15, 7:11). Unfortunately that is where my marathon pace is right now and I will struggle to hold that all the way on Saturday.

It was a nice, cool morning but a bit humid for me. I was really soaking wet about 5 miles in. I ran a good 1st half and then really slowed down after 16. I ran in to Glen around 19 and we ran/walked and talked until 24. Then I ran in to the finish. Since I took it easy my legs are not as beat up as they usually are from this race. I had a lot of fun. Number 90 is in the books.
