It was in the low 50's this morning, but there were pockets of much warmer air in the neighborhood.  I ran about a mile and a half before our group run.  I ran a few with them and then ran 3 more with Bob Fisher.  I haven't run with him in a couple months so it was nice to chat with him for a while.  I ran 7.52 nice and slow recovery miles.

It was 53 degrees this morning.  I ran 1.25 easy miles to meet with our group.  Barry talked me in to a 3 mile tempo run with him.  I was barely able to run 7:00/mile pace for the whole thing.  Then I finished on my own.  Total 7.21 miles.

It was 71 degrees this morning, it never really cooled off much.  My sister-in-law Kathy was in town so I agreed to run 6 with her.  She is coming back next week to run the half-marathon.  We ran 6 together and then I ran another 4+ by myself.  Total 10.56 miles.  This was a nice, easy mileage week for me in hopes of being fresher for the marathon next week.
