It was 75 degrees when I left the house this morning, 67 when I got back....weird.  I ran almost 4 miles before our group run, then ran almost 4 with them.  Finished with Barry and Chad throwing in a nice tempo mile.

It was in the mid 70's at the start of my run; in the mid 60's at the finish.  I ran 3/4 of a mile over to Chad's house, then we ran a solid 10 miles together.  After I dropped him off I looped around the neighborhood for another 5.  Total 15.81 miles.

It was 55 again this morning.  I ran 3 miles before our group run.  We had a new runner this morning so Jedd and I ran 3 easy miles with her.  Then we ran a few more together before I ran home.  Total 10.68 miles.

It was 55 degrees this morning.  It was only going to be Seth and I so I decided to stay in town to make it easier instead of trying to find rides home if we ran the marathon course.  I ran 3 miles over to meet Seth in Chubbuck and we ran the loop around town that I run if I go 20+ on Tuesday's.  I ran 22.10 nice steady miles.  This was also Seth's longest run ever.  He should be ready for his first marathon in 5 weeks.
