It was 50 degrees and calm this morning. It rained last night so it was a bit humid. I ran 2 slow, easy miles before our group run. My quads are stiff from the marathon Saturday so it took a bit to loosen up. I ran 2.5 with the group then finished with Barry and Chad. Total 8.21 easy miles.

It was 41 degrees and calm this morning. Much nicer than yesterday. I ran a couple miles before our group run. Today was speedwork day. We ran repeats of different distances based on our fitness. Barry, Chad and I ran 1/2 mile repeats (6) and kept them all between 3:00 and 3:15. I got a bit tired at the end of each one, probably still some fatigue from the marathon. Then I ran a few miles by myself after. Total 10.11 miles.

It was 38 degrees and calm this morning. At the last minute, Barry found us a ride back from Inkom so we decided to run the back of Buckskin on the marathon course. We started out slow but my legs kept wanting to go faster, so I would run ahead and then run back to meet the group every couple of miles. I really didn't feel like I was pushing at all but was running just under 7:00. Even with my slower sections when I ran with Barry and Todd my average was under 7:25 for the whole run. I feel totally fine after Ogden and am rarin' to go for Utah Valley in 2 weeks. I am planning a 20+ miler on Tuesday on my day off as my last long run before then. Total today 15.74 miles.
