It was 56 degrees when I left, 63 when I finished with some breezes that felt pretty good. I ran 11.31 miles nice and easy. I finished a bit stronger today and I think I am getting used to higher temperatures. I know the St. George runners would love our temps, but they feel warm to me.

Bill, They do seem extremely warm compared to last year. It might be that we've been spoil with rain and cooler temperatures. But now it's jumped. Nice run. How's the foot?
