It was 55 degrees this morning.  I started my run with Barry Smith and Todd.  I wanted to run from the top of Buckskin but they did not want to so we ran out towards Chubbuck and looped back.  Todd turned around after 3 so it was just Barry and I.  We ran in to Angela around mile 7 and ran a bit with her before we headed back.  After we climbed back on the bench we did one last quick mile (6:40) before we cooled-down.  I went 13.66 miles with some good tempo mixed in.

1 week until the Pocatello marathon......you can tell because there are runners everywhere today!

You should have came with me this morning. I ran from Buckskin down Pocatello creek to home. But if you would have come I would have run the course. I tried to contact you last night, but you probably were not blogging.

Kory,

Sorry I missed your message last night. I would have rather run the hill course today but I still had a good run. How are you feeling for the marathon next week?

I feel fine and confident. But I'm not going into it to race just to have fun and allow God to let me do what I can with the training I've done. I do need to get more sleep that's my only issue. It probably won't happen this week. I have confidence that God's going to allow me to do well. I really don't know what that will be.

I how are you feeling after your great race in Park City?

How's the Taco Bell Store in IF?
