It was 30 degrees and snowing with winds 30-40mph this morning so Treadmill here I come.....
Today was just an easy active-recovery run with all the miles at a slow pace. This was easy on the treadmill as I kept me in line even though I wanted to go faster. I ran 6.00 miles.
