I have some "new" pain on the side of my foot.  It is on the outside, opposite of my arch/heel pain.  I figure it is probably a compensation issue so I did not run today.  I will evaluate it tomorrow morning.

Don't rush to get back too soon, heal up first.

Have you tried using the Strassburg sock at night to help the PF

http://www.thesock.com/

I'm wonder if you could try an ultrasonic treatment to see if that would help. I'm still praying for a quit recovery.

Kory, I have been wearing the sock every night. The other "new" issue is already much better today as the day goes on. I think I probably just "tweaked" something and I need to be more careful.

Jeff, I will lay off for a few more days if things don't improve.
