6:30am: Temperature was 42 degrees this morning, but the wind was 20mph gusting over 30mph out of the South. Luckily, the roads were nice and clear so I had OK South miles and great North miles. I ran 12.31 miles and felt really good.
Nice run. The wind wasn't the funnest this morning. At least we got a warmer temperature. Keep up the great training, I'll have to find you one of these days on your route and run with you.
