6:45am: It was 41 degrees this morning and windy, but nice enough that I did not need a hat or jacket today. I ran a great tempo run, 10.52 miles, pushing the 2nd half faster than the first and finishing at a 6:10 pace the last couple miles.
Nice work Bill!. Again I'm real excited for you and will be praying that you get the time you deserve with the dedicated training. Really have a fun trip and be confident with the training you've done.
