Been gone a long time. Enjoyed P90 and P90X. Now it feels like time to get back to running. I decided today that I will run a local 5k in mid September. Went to a beautiful park this afternoon and walked 30 minutes briskly. Hey, gotta start somewhere. I'll walk again on Saturday and then start adding in some running on Monday. I'm going to ease into this like a beginner who has never run before.
