Xtraining is great. Cll rower is a rowing machine I take it?? Put up a pic of yourself too on your blog so we can recognize you at Painters.

You're right I really do need to get a picture up here and over on forum flyers. I know it sounds lame but I don't have any digital pictures of myself. It's on my to do list though.
