Long TM run.  Not very fun at all.  Tomorrow I'm getting outside regardless of air quality.

Was the air considered bad out today? I didn't check, but it felt fine out there to me.

Running that far on a TM is quite the mental workout!!! Hope you had something fun to watch.

Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas. :)

Aaron - the air was bad. Not that is what kept me inside. My wife wanted to run on the TM at the gym with me so I joined her.

Teena - Thanks. You do your fair share of TM running too. I hope you enjoyed your Christmas. I imagine with all those young kids you had your hands full. It sure is fun watching them open their presents on Christmas morning.

Your married? Wait a minute. What was all that one in a million talk?

Yeah, hard to believe.
