Maintain the pace right around 8:25 to 8:30 for the first 13 miles but had some excess energy so kicked a little the last 2 miles. Felt like I had plenty in the tank after the run. Good run.

that's a solid 15 mile run, nice job! What marathon are you getting ready for?

You must have really kicked it in for those two miles to being the pace down that much! Nicely done speedy pants!!
I just started your book recommendation this afternoon. I was thrown off by the fact that it started with chapter 2. I flipped through the first few pages several times slowly to find the missing chapter one. But by the time I hit chapter 5, I GOT IT!!! This is an interesting book, I have yet to figure out where it is going. I worked with autistic children for 3 years, so it is pretty interesting reading the book from that perspective. Hopefully I will be done by MOnday (I am expecting an uneventful Sunday).

Nice run Lyman! Gotta love it when you still feel good after a run like that.

Thanks Aaron, Kelli, and Vinh. Every once in a while I'll have one of those runs when everything just clicks. I love it when that happens.
Kelli - its a quick read. I'd be interested to see how well the book reflects an austic character given your experience.

The book has been interesting so far because the thinking is pretty much what I imagine goes on in the heads of many of the autistic kids I worked with, but who really knows? The characteristically of this kid so far ring pretty true to higher functioning autism.
