Trail run on the Bonneville Shoreline trail. Took it pretty slow and enjoyed the day. I got left shoe stuck in the mud, it literally came off. Total time: 1:27 Av pace: 9:31

It felt like someone yanked at my leg. My sock came half way off too. The guy I was running with, Jeff, got a good laugh out of it.
