Listed as easy only because of the pace.  It was a tough 10 miler.  It may have been because I was fatigued from yesterday's run, or the heat and humidity, or both.  I ended the run with an extremely dry mouth.  Not a good sign.  Should have hydrated better.  Tomorrow will be a recovery jog.  I don't think I'll be pushing myself much from here till Monday.  Instead of the Telford Half I'll be doing the Striders Memorial Day Half in Syracuse.  Looking foward to it.

Dehydration is definitely not a good thing, I've been there before. Fortunately you survived and got the job done!

I'm glad to see your be doing San Diego Marathon. I've thought of doing that race several times but have never been able to get the scheduling right. I have a sister that lives in Escondido (20 miles north of San Diego and she's been trying to get to run it with her.

My kids are the same when it comes to home made bread. I'm always looking for new recipes. I'm currently making some sour do bread. It should be ready by Sunday, just in time to carbo load for Monday's race.
