10:11 pace on average for 5K with Christine. Very fun. Now I'm all excited about trying to eat healthier. Are eggs good for runners? I usually have oatmeal or eggs for breakfast.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that last night I set a new world record (for me) in the getting to bed early division--8:55 PM! This morning I woke up BEFORE my alarm went off (at 5:30). Definitely a first. |
