I would like to post my splits, they were mostly in the low and mid 9's. But I had to hurry to work and didn't write them all down. My AP was 9:40 and that included the .75 mile up a steep, long hill (AP on the hill 10:10). This feels miraculous to me. I can not even begin to believe I could be running again like this. Yoga. Yoga. Yoga. I credit Yoga for helping me stretch out and create more pliable scar tissue in my hip and hamstring. Yoga and steel cut oats for the insulinoma/hypoglycemia. |
