It was great news to hear we ran sub 10's last Sat. Definitely a confidence builder. I really did think I was only going to be able to run 11s and 12s for the rest of my life to avoid pain. But I feel fine, the hip, ham, and glutes feel good; minimal wear. I've got to keep it easy though, keep it under 40 miles a week. I get too intense and immediately start trying to build. I have to fight that. I've got to focus on staying healthy, that's got to be my main goal. |
