I walked.  I walked 2 miles.  Has it only been 3 days since I ran last?  The highly anticipated  marathon catharsis left me wholly unsatisifed.  While I'm at peace over making a healthy decision regarding my performance,  I need to find a plan b really soon.  I can't ride my bike, for the same reason I can't run and I think I might go crazy soon.  All that energy, for so many months, pointedly focused in one direction (26.2). Now it's just hanging around causing trouble.  Maybe I'm seriously going to have to consider swimming, or homicide.  Hmmm. Tough choice.  I think I'll pick swimming.

That's my Luz..joking about death...sounds like you are getting happier with each passing day. :) Seriously though, have you ever read much on Brent's blog? He's a great example of someone that crosstrained through an injury. I think his was a longer recovery than you will need (let's be hopeful). I'm pretty sure he's back to running now but crosstrained most of the summer. Then there is always poor ArmyRunner that went in for one type of surgery and came out from a much more serious microfracture surgery. He is just another good example of someone who's been through something tough and stayed strong. Good luck. Love ya!
