I had the best run.  My legs felt great, which is good news that I've at least trained to the point a 15 miler didn't phase me.  So there's that.  I felt great.  Now it's dumping a ton of snow and my best friends are in Park City this week so I'll be skiing tommorrow.  I am giddy.  It's going to be like 30 inches of fresh powder.  I don't know if I can sleep.

That's GOOD news! Hooray!!! So so so SO happy your legs felt great! :) :) :) :) :)

Exciting fresh powder! Just heard I-80 is treacherous and closed! Of course you probably won't be driving thru Parsley Canyon. Be careful driving thru Provo Canyon nevertheless! Have so much FUN skiing tomorrow! I'm jealous! :)

I went up Provo Canyon and it was totally clear. It was a gorgeous day...lots of fresh snow. Not deep, but fresh. I had the best day with my pals and the sunshine was intoxicating!
