Back to outerdarkenss.  Man, I got spoiled running last week in the broad DAYLIGHT.  Sheesh.  Even with the very pristine, clear sky and sparkeling stars, it's just not the same.  I'm am more certain than ever that sunlight is nourishing and necessary to mental as well as physical winter survival-- vitamin D and all that.  It is just not the same to run before the light of dawn.  I am becoming however, the envy of the 6:00 a.m. crowd with my fancy headlamp.  Today, the lady I've always seen for the past 10 years (and who never talks to me other than a hand gesture during the summer) asked me where I got my light.  It is nice to have the right equipment for the job.  She totally needs one.  Back to real life today.  I had a great weekend.  Also-- I saw The Blind Side on Saturday (while you all were at the game) and I highly recommend it.

I want to see that movie!! While you were there (and everyone else was at the game)I was with my kids at the Gateway seeing Planet 51!!

Nice run little lady! I was spoiled and got to run in the daylight today at 9 am. BUT before you get jealous, the reason i was spoiled was because my 16 year old got in a car accident (her fault, very minor damage, but a spendy ticket I am sure), so she had to miss her physical therapy internship and come home. It saved me from running on the treadmill, but it is going to cost me $100's of dollars!!!

I do not like running alone in the dark, so you be careful out there! I am glad you have the right equipment!

The message was very inspiring. You have to see it. Also--I mostly run with my friend Marsha on the dark days. But I do sometimes have to go it alone, depending. So sorry to hear about the crash--glad your daughter's not hurt. Just get her a part time job to pay for the damages :)

Head lamps are the envy of all early morning runners! :) Glad you had a good run, even if it was w/out the sunlight.

I want to see that movie, but finances how they are this time of year, I'm pretty sure we'll be waiting for redbox!

I want to see Blindside SO BAD! May be when I get back to UT!

I do NOT like running in the dark. Heck, I don't even like driving in the dark! May be I should have been named Luz instead. I LOVE sunlight! I crave it!
