I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.
But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.
300 sit ups (lower, middle, lats) 2 60 sec planks 2 reps of planking push up 3 reps hamstring rolls 40 push-ups 2 reps of squats

What a week! Way to go Luz! You are looking wonderfully set to start some good 10 milers :) Actually, you have more miles logged this week than I do!

Thanks Rach, I'm getting there. A lot of these miles are logged on my flexible wood deck treadmill so I don't get as much pounding. But i have to combine the miles with yoga or my hip/ham injury gets aggravated. But I'll be ready for some 10 miler company again. Keep me in mind, still sad I missed my last invitation. My sister and her life has sort of envelope me these last weeks.
