I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.
But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.
17 days of vacation later. I did my best to show my kids the country and all their buried great-greats in South Carolina. I am beat. At least the sun isn't rising until well after 7 so I can get some extra sleep. My body feels like lead.

Michelle-- I have been home, and I'm certain HK humidity beat the South Carolina humidity. I have been reading your Google entries, but I don't understand how to use the format to talk to you! Thank you for posting and letting us "see" your HK adventures.
Rad & Smooth!! I am missing in action on the FRB...Feeling ok, but am finding out lots about how much my body doesn't like me right now. Enjoying very moderate version of "running". I think they call it "jogging".
