I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.
But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.
Ran 4 in the morning with Catherine, and ran 3 more with my son in the afternoon. He's training for his school's 5K.

CAtherine is back? I need to check up on blogs better. Good luck to your son, he's got the best trainer and running partner around.

YAY! You ran with Catherine! Does that mean her SF is getting better?
Your boy is going to do awesome for his 5K.
Miss you!

He came in 32nd out of about 200, 24 mintues. But I have to say, the fastest kid finished in 16:58--Hawk's grandson (paced by his father who is the XC coach at Timpview). Still, 24 minutes beats his 28 from the Freedom Festival. He was happy, and that made me happy :)
