It's becoming more frequent (headaches and insomnia), awesome!  Cause I'm not crazy enough already.  I never slept at all last night and didn't get out until 7:00.  So I could only get in these 4 miles this morning before a 7:30 meeting.  It's cloudy now, but the sunrise was all mine.  First time I've seen Matt K on the trail (or it's finally light enough to see who is on the trail now).  Also, the FRB A.M. team also on the move.  This morning's run was hard work. I was tired.  Maybe I'll put in a few more miles in the afternoon while kids are at piano, see if I can whip up some total exhaustion black-out.  Ahh, elusive sleep.

insomnia is TOTAL CRAP!!! It really is one of the most unfair things that happens to a person. It's not like we don't dedicate a period of time each day for sleep. It should just be like a switch. Off- sleep, On- run ;)

Dang - that must be frustrating to not be able to sleep. Kudos on getting in a run on top of that.

total exhaustion always helps the sleep factor! The only problem for me is that is always comes at the wrong time - 4 in the afternoon instead of 9 at night :)

Great job getting out and getting those miles in - maybe it was those nasty people who tricked you into running too much on Saturday that should be to blame for all this!!! You should kick their butts!!!

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention all those crazy hot-pink ladies who ran me half ragged on Saturday! It's their fault!! I wish I could say "I should go back and teach those girls a lesson!" But really, who are we kidding. And yes, by 4:00 p.m. I'll be half-mast, drooling on my desk.

Truly, I think my best sleep is at 4pm, head on the desk and drooling! ;)

There will be cookies this week ;)

Are you sleeping, are you sleeping LuzyLew LuzyLew? Morning bells are ringing, morning bells are ringing, RED HOT PINK, RED HOT PINK.

How ya doing? No more insomnia, I hope. Are you still running for cookies on Sat.? Hope to see you!
