6:50am.  Okay, I wasn't expecting to get up early today, but my dogs wouldn't stop barking and once I was up, I figured I might as well run.  Yeah!  Thanks Bingo. (but stop barking!).  Anyway, it was a slow and comfortable run. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
