| | 15 cold miles with Steve this morning. Legs and stomach were not great and Steve was nursing a little calf strain so we just kept the pace honest today. Chased the deer in the field along the trail. Almost caught one. Felt like the Tarahumara folk.
A few more miles this afternoon while we did the Chocolate Milk Challenge and White Elephant Gift exchange. Ran a 6:19 and placed top 5. My training is paying off.

| | 16 wet and soggy miles with Steve this morning. Did a loop from the house up around the Skyline Trail and then back down Main St. Very wet and cold but did it. Warm shower and oatmeal after wards.
6 more miles running with the girls on their Fartlek workout in the rain. Solid group of boys and girls today.

| | 18.5 wet and soggy miles mid morning. Slept in to see if the rain would die down and it did a little. Ran from the house, did the Sunriver section, out along the new parkway, down River Rd., Brigham Rd. and then caught the River Trail back to the house. Stomach was not feeling super great due to trying the Man vs. Food Challenge and Ricardo's yesterday. I almost did it. January 2nd at noon will be the rematch.
6:58/mile. Happy with a solid 90 mile week. It has been a long time since I have ran 90 miles in a week. Merry Christmas everyone!
