This is why I live here. Needed this run quite a bit. Lots on the mind but mostly positive. Always nice to reflect on how blessed I am. Excited for next week!

| | 9.3 miles this morning out on the Zen Trail with Steve, Hayden, and Clinton. Had to cut it short to get some things done at work. Absolutely perfect morning. Good to see Scott Hughes for a bit. Solid guy.

| | Drove up to Cedar and ran with a big chunk of the TEAM. Perfect temps and nice to get a solid 10 mile run in at 6,000+ feet. 7:09/mile. Shout out to Carson. Kid is a stud and working his guts out.
Got home and ran another 4 miles in Bloomington to get 70 for the week. Very happy with everything right now.
