| | 15 total miles this morning with Steve along the River Trail. Did 5 miles worth of tempo today. 6:04, 5:48, 5:40, 5:45, 5:51. Stopped and threw up after wards. Felt much better after that. Tempo went okay today. Got to start somewhere.
1 mile this afternoon between helping the sprinters and hurdlers with weights.

| | Didn't get much sleep at all last night. Almost called it but got out the door with Steve. First 6 miles along Dixie Dr. were not pretty but the last 6 miles coming back were nice. Really drained after wards. 7:23/mile for 12 miles total.
8.5 miles this afternon while trying to help one of my former runners, Sage, with his workout. Warm up, 6:15, pushed him in the last 800 (2:30) of his 1600, 6:26, pushed him in the last 800 (2:29), 6:20 and then watched him run a fast 400m finish. 2 mile cool down. So great to catch up with him and see how well he is doing.
Going to be tired tomorrow.

| | 10.5 miles with Sage this morning. We ran from the high school and did my 10 mile loop. A little bit of wind made it tough during some spots. Loads of fun talking with him about school and life in general. 7:04/mile.
7 miles this afternoon with Katey along the River Trail. Good stuff. Proud of her for getting back into a routine with her running. She is doing awesome!
Solid week again. Wanted to go a little longer today but all the family is in town so we had a ton of festivities planned this morning. Next week will be nice with the Christmas break to get some solid long runs in.
