| | Long night so I just ended up doing the workout with the TEAM at practice in the afternoon. Super pumped we have so many kids willing to continue working day in and day out. Love what I do.
We went to Webb Hill and did 10 x 1:00min. uphill/downhill repeats in prep for Footlocker. Excited to see so many kids stepping up. Pumped for next week.

| | 14 miles this morning off the loop off Navajo Dr. in Bloomington. Did it with Boston. Excited for him to go on his mission in less than two weeks. Chilly at first but perfect once we got going. 7:44/mile. Not bad considering the big climbs throughout. Fun stuff.
5k in the afternoon. 6:50/mile.

| | Slept in since we have a break, read a little and then went for my run at 11am. I am fortunate to live where I live. Short sleeves and short shorts today. Did the Bloomington Loop and then caught the River Trail. 6:39/mile for 14 miles. Perfect day.
Feeling stronger everyday.

| | 20 total miles early this morning with the one and only Steve Hooper. We went from Bloomington and ran all the way out to Santa Clara. Great conversation with a nice chill in the air. Saw three coyotes down by the river which was pretty cool. Pushed it the last couple miles. 7:07/mile. First 20 in a long time.
This was one of my best weeks of running all year. Positive stuff happening right now.
