| | Beautiful morning for a run. I went out along the Snow Canyon Parkway over into Dixie Downs. It was perfect temps and I kept the pace nice and relaxed. I averaged 7:01/mile overall. I only got scared by one guy riding a bike today. They think it is funny to come up behind you and holler something at you. It is quite annoying. I am in Cedar until Friday so the weather should be a little bit cooler up there.

| | I am in Cedar this week for a boys' soccer camp so I am glad to be running in the cooler weather. I woke up and ran from the university out along the road going towards Enterprise. I turned on one of the roads and went out by some farms. It was really nice and the temperature was awesome. I didn't worry to much about pushing the pace. I ended the run with 7:05/mile overall. |

| | I didn't have a ton of time today to run so I ended up running later at night. It was so windy today so it was nice to run late at night. I went from the university over towards the movie theater and back. I decided to push the last couple miles a bit. I hit 6:23 and 5:54 for the last two miles and averaged 6:40/mile overall. Decent run. |

| | Nice and easy 6 miles through the town of Cedar. I ran along main street early this morning going over towards Canyon View High School. It was fun running with not a lot of cars on the road. I averaged 7:01/mile overall. |

| | 6 miles this morning from the same route as yesterday. No watch. I am ready to get back home. I haven't seen Katey or Norah all week. I miss them. I got home and took a nap and decided I should go back out this afternoon. It was hot but windy so I thought I would chance it. Katey was still driving back from Logan so I decided to go out. I ran out along the Snow Canyon Parkway and then back to my parent's house. I had to stop and get water twice. After the first stop I ended up losing my lunch. Not fun. I felt better and finished my run by going straight into my parent's pool. It was refreshing to finish the day with that. No watch again. Just tried to relax during the run.

| | Met up with the guys at Bill's house and did an easy 11 miler. We ran up to the water tower and then back down along the Industrial Parkway into Middleton. While we were finishing up we saw a house on fire. It was pretty sad. After we ran we all helped Bill move into his new place. It was a fairly easy move so I was happy with that. Always nice to help others out. |
