| | 1 mile before practice. 6.5 miles total with 1.5 mile tempo with the girls. Very positive workout for them. Talked about Pinterest Wedding Boards and why I did Honolulu Grill and donuts for my wedding. Interesting conversation with adolescent girls. Happy to look back and see great grouping from the boys as well. 3 more miles when I got home.

| | 9 miles with the boys today out along Prospector. Lots of fun today. Good vibes throughout.
1 mile when I got home with Oliver to go and see the fish. He has much better form than I do.
5.5 miles total this evening. Met up with Aaron to run the River Trail from Confluence. 6:26/mile for my "easy run" with him. I am going to run with him a few times a week to get pushed.

| | Ran from the house and looped around the Parkway. It got really warm pretty fast for some reason this morning. I felt good and was hoping to do more but I bonked big time at 16.5 miles. I averaged 7:26/mile. I ended up walking/jogging a few miles back to my parent's house. I don't know what happened but I just did not feel very good. It may have been the lack of sleep plus the combination of heat. Oh well. It is what it is.
Another solid week put in with regards to running.
