| | 7.5 miles total this morning. Did a great Webb Hill workout with the TEAM today. :30 hill sprints. Felt great. Only had two kids throw up this morning. They had too much fun for Father's Day. Two is not our record but still impressive nonetheless.

| | 16.5 miles total down the marathon course with Aaron this morning. Worked into a nice clip and then did 5 miles with a goal between 5:30-5:40/mile. I ran 5:31, 5:33, 5:30, 5:33, 5:31. I eased off the throttle a little for a mile and then finished with 8x100m strides at the end of the run. 6:16/mile overall. Felt really good. Lots of confidence as I prep for the Bryce Canyon Half in a couple weeks.
Another solid week. Happy with how things are going.
