| | 12 miles total this morning along the trail by the Mountain View Corridor again. Legs were a little sore but just kept it nice and relaxed. 7:35/mile overall. Good start to the week. Took an Epsom salt bath this evening after the drive home. Helped out a ton.

4 miles in 105 degree weather. The ice in the hat, drenched shirt, and water bottle helped a ton.
1 more mile swimming/jogging in the pool. Felt really nice.

| | 14 total miles this morning with Kevin. It was 73 degrees when we started and ended up being just over 80 when we finished. We ran from his house and looped out to Sullivan Soccer Park, down the River Trail, turned left on Mall Dr., and then back to his house. Ate some yummy frozen mangos and pineapple after. This really hit the spot. Solid way to finish the week. Need to hydrate more and keep getting good sleep.
