| | 3 easy miles this morning with the team. Legs felt okay but a twinge of soreness. 7 miles total this afternoon. I felt better this afternoon so I hopped in the workout with the team. 2 mile warm up, 4x1600m w/3:00 min. recovery. Ran the first three with Rachel right at 6:00 minutes and then ran the 4th one with the boys in 5:11. 1 mile cool down. Decent little push today. Another great workout from the team today. Hope we can stay healthy.

| | 3 easy miles this morning over to The Bridge and back. I am at a conference in Provo for the next two days so I was happy to get a break in the afternoon to go for a run. It was nice and sunny outside but fairly windy. I ran from our hotel up towards the canyon. 7 miles total. I thought I had a Miles Batty sighting but it was just some random guy huffing and puffing past me. My hero! Only got whistled at once today. Slightly disappointed in Happy Valley.

| | 10 miles early this morning through the lovely confines of Provo. I extended a little farther than yesterday. I didn't make it quite to the canyon but I got close. Decent run before meetings the rest of the day. |

3 miles in the morning with the team. 7 miles in the afternoon. 2 mile warm up and then tried to hang on with some of the boys while they did a 2 mile Power Run on the track. I hit the first mile in 5:11 and negative split with a 5:09 second mile. I was trashed. Happy to see the 3200 boys rock this workout. Great sign for things to come. 2 mile cool down with the team and then I extended for another mile to get 10 miles for the day.

| | 2 miles from the Summit up to Stone Cliff before Clyde and Steve showed up. We did a 15 mile loop from the Summit, out into the Fields, back around to the new Salisbury homes, stopped to look at Clyde's cement slab, and then back to the Summit. Great way to end the week. The weather was amazing and I was happy to run with Steve and Clyde. It has been too long since I ran with Steve. Great way to end the week. Three solid small workouts this week just after the half marathon. |
