Long-Term Running Goals: Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle. Personal: I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High. |

| | Only went 3 miles this morning. I was going to run more before meeting with the team but I fell asleep in the car.
7 miles total this afternoon. Ran a ladder workout with Laynee and some of the boys today. 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Big workout to end the week.

| | Got up a little early and went to the running center. I ran 3 miles out and back along Telegraph towards the outlet stores. Got rained on a little bit but it actually felt pretty good.
Met up with Steve and James and did a big loop into Washington Fields. James and I extended around Foremaster to did 17 miles for the run. Ended up with 20 for the day. Cooler temps and not a lot of rain made for a great run. Happy with a 20 miler.
Decent way to end the week but I need to get to bed earlier to make my mornings better.
