| | 17.2 total miles this morning. Absolutely gorgeous weather. Long sleeve dri fit and gloves is all I needed. Ran from Little Valley out into the Fields, over to Sullivan Park, back down along the River Trail, up River Road, and then back through Little Valley. Fun to try and dodge all of the vehicles down for Parade of Homes and everything else for President's Day weekend.
6:50/mile overall with a 5:52 last mile. Happy with this run because my ribs were still very sore and it hurt to breath. It finally loosened up a little and made it more comfortable as I went along. Lots of things to think about today. Fun way to end the week. I wish I ran with the TEAM but the trails would have been no good bouncing around.
