| | Happy February everyone. No one reads my blog so I am talking to myself. 6 miles this morning over to Santa Clara. Stomach was not happy this morning. Survival mode though.
Couldn't go to practice because we had a faculty meeting where we talked about testing ethics. Yeah! Ran after the meeting where it was super windy. Went and did my Bloomington Loop 10 miler. Head wind for the entire run. This always happens while in St. George. It doesn't matter what direction you go. Lots on my mind today. Ended up going 6:56/mile.

| | 4 miles easy this morning. Cold.
6.5 miles this afternoon. Did some 1600s on the track with a number of different groups. Hit 6:05, 6:17, and 5:31. Fun to hop in different groups between the boys and girls. 2x200m starts after wards. Cool down for mileage.

| | 4 more cold miles this morning.
7.5 miles this afternoon. Did 3 sets with the girls of 2x200m and then an 800m at 1600m pace. Tough workout for the TEAM but they responded well. Excited to have a former runner of mine come back to help the girls.

| | Big long run to finish the week. The Red Mountain 50k is in a couple weeks so I decided to go hit the trails to prep a little bit. Ran from the house over to meet Steve across from Jacob Hamblin. We then did the Rim Rock and Rim Runner loop. Fun section of the race. Got back to the cars and planned on hitting the same loop but doing it quicker the second time. Mission accomplished. Legs felt good today. Had to extend a little at the end to get 23 for the day but super happy with how it went today. Nothing crazy but just over 3 hours for the run.
Happy to hit 80 for the week.
