6.25 miles in the morning. 8.75 miles in the afternoon. Even though the weather was really nice this morning, I decided to hope on the treadmill for a 10k mini progression run this morning. I hate the treadmill but I occasionally like to get on to mentally be stronger. I kept it easy for the first little bit and then worked down to 6:20/mile. The treadmill glitched when I tried to go faster so it was kind of a bummer. Got it in though. 2 mile warm up this afternoon and then 6x1000m with some of the boys. Most around the 3:20ish range. Interval pace felt good but did not fatigue the team that much. 2 mile cool down after wards. Solid workout for the team. |
