6 miles in the morning. 7 miles in the afternoon. Easy 6 miles this morning from my house over to Santa Clara. The quads and calves were a little tight but nothing bad. Nice to shake the legs out. Ran a workout with the team today to help them out. 2 mile warm up, 4 sets (2x200m with 200m recovery + 1x400m with 400m recovery), cool down after wards. Felt good to move the legs a little. I feel a little more focused after the race results on Saturday. |
