| | 7 miles with the girls out along the Arizona Strip. Still feeling a little under the weather. This week is my sick week of the year I guess.

| | 3 miles with some of the kids did the Kosmin test. Very excited for the track TEAM this year. We have 50 distance runners coming out right now plus 20-30 sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers right now. Buzz in the air.

| | Not the best week being under the weather but wanted to finish it off on a positive note. I went and ran the Barrel Roll Trail in Santa Clara in the afternoon. 58 degrees and sunny. Absolutely perfect. Fun chasing down mountain bikers and keeping the pace honest. Threw up my apple two times from lunch so that felt great on the run. Should be good to go again for next week.
I did 10x:20 sec. hill sprints after I finished. Felt good doing these.
9.25 miles total.
