Ran from my house and hit the trails across the street from the Jacob Hamblin house. I ran all the way over to the Green Valley Gap. I forgot how much fun it was to run on those trails. I was cruising along and all of a sudden my foot caught a rock and I took a good little tumble. Luckily my handheld was with me because it helped brace my fall. The downside was my lid came off and most of my water was gone. I survived and can live to tell about it. Great day to be out running. Perfect weather. Hit a decent week for what I could do. Kids were sick most of the week and I had a ton of homework for school. Hope to get a little more next week though.
In honor of those running Ragnar this weekend, I had 5 roadkills of mountain bikers this morning. Loved it. Blew by them like they were standing still.
