Met up with Chad, Adam, Walter, and Clyde in Salt Lake for a really fun run.  We started at the capitol and then ran over by the Shriner's hospital.  Chad and Walter cut it short but it was fun running with them for a little bit.  Adam then took us up City Creek which was awesome.  The temperature was great and the hills were even better!  Adam kept saying that we had just a few more until we turned back around but it seemed to be one long continuous climb for a bunch of miles.  We got to the top and had some refreshing water and then came back down which felt really good on the legs.  It was a great morning run.

As the snow comes soon for you Northern Utah folks, head south and we will find places for you to stay so we can get a bunch of people and go for a fun run.  We talked about it a little this morning and we should get something set in stone.  It would be a great time of year for everyone to come down during December or January.

Now off to do wedding stuff for my younger sister.  Yeah!

Now that was a fast group of morning runners, sounds like a fun run.

Thanks again for the run. It was great and thanks for the offer. I'm sure December will be pretty busy around your household though. My second daughter (and myself) are on the 18th... Enjoy your weekend.

Good run - see you tonight and we'll figure out tomorrow's run.

Dave, I don't know if you two will want to run. This morning all Logan could talk about is how his team is going to kick the trash out of your team at the meet. :) Just kidding. He actually talked up your team quiet a bit, have fun tomorrow...
