I woke up early this morning to go and run part of the marathon course again.  Bill and Dustin did 15 today while Dave, Eric, and me did just over 18.  We kept the pace conversational for the first 8 miles and then stopped to get some water and then take a GU.  We started easing into the tempo and finished the last 6 miles right around 6:00/mile.  Eric pushed it the last 3 and really kicked it in.  Once again it was nice seeing a ton of people running out on the course.  Lots of people getting ready for the marathon this time of year.  I took a nice nap right after I got home.

A cross country coach with an office at the high school level, almost unheard of. Are you sure all the assistant football coaches, coaches' wives, trainers, film people, ticket takers, booster club members aren't going to be taking over your office in a few days. Boy you better guard that baby, or you'll lose it.

Good week as usual.

Thanks Logan as always. About Monday evening, if it works for you guys then fantastic, but only if it works for you guys! Either way, Aaron will be there, and he and I can perform the same workout (8 miles at Tinman?)...

So what did you decide for Monday? I am fine going in the evening. It will be warm, but it's all just runnin'!

Logan/Dave, sounds good. DC, 7pm. I'll grab Aaron on the way over.
