12.25 miles in the morning.

8 miles in the evening.

I had the team do a little relay to try and mix up practice a little bit and slowly start to incorporate speed work. I then did some more miles after practice. I ran from Bloomington Park over to the Dixie Center and back. It got fairly hot during the run. Legs felt really good this morning. I think most of the nasty pain is gone.

I would on our house for most of the day so I didn't get out for my run until late.  I did another easy 8 miles out into Ivins.  I am excited to be living out there because of all the beautiful scenery and number of running routes.  Training should be good out there once we get all settled in.

So what is the plan for tomorrow's Workout? I need to be home no later than 8:30 since the girls are in the parade. Let me know. I was thinking DC might be a good place to do these Tinman Bigs - but whatever you guys want.

By the way, you used the wrong kind of their in your title (there) - no big deal, but ... I guess it shows what kind of education they have over there at DHHS!

DC might be good. 5:30 or 6am should give us plenty of time for the workout and then time for you to get home.

Sounds good Logan. I believe Aaron gets back this Sunday from Michigan, so perhaps he will also be up for something next week. Hope you guys have a great workout in the morning.
