13.15 miles in the morning.

7.10 miles in the evening.

I woke up really early to get my run in this morning.  I was going to go outside but the weather was extremely cold and it was a touch windy still.  I jumped on the treadmill at the hotel and did just over a half marathon.  I slowed the pace down a little because I was a touch sore.  I had a guy come in and run on the other treadmill.  He flipped the TV to the Stock Market channel.  I am not into numbers or stocks so it was half an hour of torture.  Life goes on I guess.

We were at the track meet for the entire day.  We had some runners, jumpers, and throwers make the finals tomorrow so that is exciting.  It was cool today because they had past Olympians come and wave to the crowd.  Billy Mills was there.  It was neat seeing him.  I had a break in the afternoon and spent it with Katey when she drove up from Logan.  I then did another 7.10 miles to be done for the day.  I am pretty tired tonight.

Nice job again logan for that treadmill work. That is awesome Mills came, he is one of my biggest heros. I wish I was up their but it would of been a long drive for one race. Hey I will give you a call though. Your going to love the weather down here. Its suppose to be in the 60's next week. You better get that job too.

Pocatello weather is never fun here in the winter. The wind really can make it not fun to run in. I'm glad you got your miles in.

I'm sorry we couldn't hook up and do a run together
